Course Descriptions: High School Courses: The following courses will require students to attend in person every day summer school is in session.
 
Honors Algebra II (One Credit)  -- CANCELLED
Description:       This course cannot be taken to accelerate to the next level. This course is designed to satisfy requirements for those students repeating Advanced Algebra.

Algebra I (One Credit) -- CANCELLED
Description:       This course cannot be taken to accelerate to the next level. This course is designed to satisfy requirements for those students repeating Algebra.

Description:       This course is designed to strengthen Algebra skills for students preparing to take Honors Algebra.

Geometry (One Credit)
Description:       This course may be taken by students who have completed 8th grade to accelerate to the next level. Teacher recommendation is required for acceleration.

Description:       Pre requisite for Algebra II A.

Algebra II C (One-Half Credit)
Description:       College preparatory for those who wish to take Pre-calculus
Dates:                      July 11 - July 29
Cost:                        $180.00 Hudson and Compact Schools; $190.00 Out of Compact Schools Classes
Meet:                       8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Physical Education  Session 1 (One-Quarter Credit)
Description:       There will be an additional fee ($70-$90) announced on 1st day of class. Lifetime Fitness, Adventure Style: This class may include biking, rock climbing/weight training, and canoeing (local off-site activities). Students need access to a bicycle and helmet.  Summer P.E. can be used to fulfill 1/4 P.E. credit towards graduation.  Incoming Freshmen may take this course as ONE of the P.E. classes.

U.S. Government (One-Half Credit) -- CANCELLED
Description:       This course is designed to allow students entering senior year an opportunity to satisfy the government credit and clear their schedule for upper level courses offered at the high school. Students who failed Government may also be eligible.
