Mission Statement
The school district has established the TWE Program for educational technology support and service. Achievement of the mission requires: Total commitment to understanding and fulfilling the service needs of the staff and students and a working environment that rewards achievement, enthusiasm and team spirit. This will offer each member of TWE superior opportunities for personal development and growth. TWE will be evolutionary. The TWE program will anticipate and meet the changing needs of our staff and students as new technologies are introduced and adopted for educational use.
Customer Service Philosophy
Reliable - TWE will be able to provide educational technology service and support dependably, accurately and consistently. Student-employees will strive to do it right the first time and every time.
Responsive - Staff and students will receive prompt service from TWE students eager and willing to help. Speed and flexibility will be important factors of service without sacrificing quality and safety.
Confident - The staff and students will feel assured by the training, knowledge, expertise, and courtesy of the TWE student.
Empathetic - Service will be delivered with individualized care by a TWE student familiar and concerned with particular needs and issues of the situation.
Tangible - The TWE students will convey a message of professionalism and quality to the customer.
