My name is Linda Miller. I am the AM Music Teacher for our 1st Graders. This will be my 5th year teaching at Evamere; I am happy to be back! My family has lived in Hudson for 11 years. My husband, Doug, and I have 2 boys: Ben (24) who just completed his masters degree at OSU, and Danny (20) who is a junior at Denison University. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, graduated from The College of Wooster (Wooster, Ohio), and have taught elementary music in Dublin, Ohio and Bloomfield Hills, Michigan before coming to Hudson. Our family has also lived in Florida, Oklahoma and Massachusetts. We love living in Hudson; I enjoy seeing many of my students around town.
In the music classroom, we are busy every day singing, playing instruments, moving, dancing, listening and creating music. It is a happy place where the children begin to discover the world of music, and become young musicians themselves. Be sure to ask your child to teach you a song or 2 from music class each week; they will be proud to do so!
Please check back here periodically throughout the schoolyear for news and updates about what is going on in the music room at Evamere!
