Welcome to 8 Service Science Class

My name is Mr. Johnson and I am glad you have found my site! We will explore many different areas this year in science class. 

To give you a little background of our science approach here at Hudson Middle School, we use a SEPUP program. SEPUP is an acronym for Science Education for Public Understanding Program. It is a research based program which emphasizes hands on learning and decision making. Your book is online at

The year starts with us Ecology and Evolution. Then on to Small scale geology.  Next, we move into Large scale geology and end the year with Physics.
