Hello! My name is Ms. Mandy Caine. I've been a 3rd grade teacher at McDowell since 1995.
I truly enjoy teaching and am proud to work in such a great educational system.
I received a BA with an English major from Indiana Univeristy in Bloomington, Indiana. After volunteering in my daughters' schools, I realized that I would like to be a teacher and went back to school to receive a BAE from the University of North Florida. I later received my Masters degree in education from Marygrove College. I've also received many extra hours for educational credit. I believe that being a lifetime learner is very important.
I want this to be an awesome year for your child. I will do everything in my power to help your child be successful and happy. I'm so glad that we are partners in your child's education. Together we can do everything possible for your child's success in 3rd grade.
