Facilities Study Committee Seeks Community Input - One of the District goals for the 2013-2014 school year is to conduct a facility use study and make recommendations that best suit the needs of our students and continue to operate as efficiently as possible. Community input is very important to us. Please consider taking a few minutes to answer the questions in the survey and to share your thoughts with the study committee about the district's use of its facilities. Please feel free to share the survey link with others who may not or no longer have children in the schools.

Important Notice Regarding Flex Passes for Juniors and Seniors! We are in the process of notifying students that if we do not receive fee payment, Flex Passes will be revoked. Pay online at My Payments Plus or drop a check off (made payable to Hudson City School District) in the Main Office.

Course fees for 2nd semester have been posted as well as AP Exam fees. Please check the status of your fees on MyPaymentsPlus. The fees are now due and may be paid either online or by check payable to Hudson City Schools.
Science Olympiad has a mandatory meeting this Thursday after school in room C-112. Important information will be given about Saturday's Regional competition at the University of Akron.
The HHS Business Club Speakers' Series presents "Professional Etiquette" in room C-212 at 3:00 p.m. today! Club members, please attend!

Are you interested in learning Disc Golf? Mr. Hoversten is leading a disc golf club every Monday at Hudson Springs Park starting April 7. Beginner sessions are 3:30-5:30 p.m. and Intermediate from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sign up on HCER website today to reserve your spot!

Attention Seniors: Want to invest your last three weeks of high school away from HHS doing an internship? Make your resume and transcript stand out; grab an application packet in the guidance or main office. Applications are due Friday, March 21.
Attention Seniors! If you are considering a performance or speech at graduation, please pick up a form in the Main Office. Auditions will be held at the end of April.
Seniors will receive five (5) graduation tickets at graduation rehearsal on May 23. Requests for an extra 1 or 2 graduation tickets may be requested online from March 3 - 21 on the Senior/Parent info page under the information tab.

Pastry and Cookie Dough Sale - The Hudson High School Music Association will sponsor a pastry and cookie dough fundraising sale through March 13. These Butter Braid Pastries are exclusive and not sold in stores. The funds will be used to support all of the high school's fine music programs. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, which is before Easter. Do you know someone who has made a positive difference in the lives of Hudson children and actively promotes and supports their well-being? If so, please nominate them for the Hudson PTA Annual Outstanding Child Advocate Award. Nominations are now being accepted through April 1, 2014. To make a nomination, please submit a written statement (250-350 words) of recommendation of a current resident, employee or volunteer in the Hudson City School District.
