October 18thTwo Hudson High Seniors Score a Perfect 36 on the ACT

Congratulations to two Hudson Seniors, Ivy Shi and Zachary Teed, as each scored a perfect "36" on the ACT. ACT says, "Nationally, while the actual number of students earning a composite score of 36 varies from year to year, roughly one-tenth of one percent receive a top score." The ACT consists of tests in English, mathematics, reading and science. Brian Wilch, Principal of Hudson High School, writes in  the HHS Anchor newsletter for parents, "When students like Ivy and Zachary distinguish themselves at a national level, we celebrate the standard of excellence obtained. Our teachers make it a priority to not only challenge students, but support them as they attempt to maximize their individual potential."
