|October 26th||Hudson Schools Raise $31,328 For the American Heart Association|
Shelley Webber, the Youth Market Director from the Great Rivers Affiliate of The American Heart Association, has reported that Hudson Schools raised $31,372.14 in the 2011-2012 school year. East Woods ranks second in the State - raising $13,085.31. The funds are raised through programs such as Jump Rope and Hoops for Hearts, which are run by the elementary physical education teachers.The top individual fundraiser was Max Jewett, a student at East Woods last year.
