
Permanent Improvement Fund
This presentation provides an overview of permanent improvement fund expenditures for the last 4.5 years as well as a plan for the next 5.5 years.. The permanent improvement fund has been continually renewed for the past 50 years and provides for the basic functional maintenance of district facilties and other assets. Some of the most significant uses of the permanent improvement fund are the repair and replacement of roofs and parking lots, the purchase of school buses and computers, and the installation of building security systems.
Transportation
The Hudson City School District has established a Transportation Committee for the purpose of providing a means by which members of the community can provide input and make suggestions with regard to the Hudson City Schools transportation program. In addition, this committee will act as an appeals review board for transportation concerns only after AND IN ORDER: 1) Petermann, 2) the Business Manager and 3) the Superintendent has heard the complaint and a decision has been rendered.
Should a complaint or concern be recommended to the Transportation Committee, the requester must complete the Request to Appear Form and submit it to the Business Office.
The Hudson City School District had distributed a Student Transportation Handbook to all families. The Handbook can be used as a reference during the school year.
