EARLY REGISTRATION You may  register as soon as you receive this brochure.  Early registration is essential since the decision to offer a class is dependent upon receiving minimum registration. If there is inadequate class enrollment, it may be cancelled at the discretion of the management or instructor. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have before registering.

PAYMENT Payment in full is due at the time of registration.  When registering in person, you may use a check, money order or Visa/Mastercard.  No cash please.  When registering by phone (adult classes only), use your VISA/Mastercard.  Unless otherwise stated, class fees do not include materials or books if required.  A  $30 cash fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

  • There is a $10 refund/credit processing fee for each class, except for those canceled by HCER.  In the event of illness or injury, a refund/credit or proration will be issued in full with a Doctor's note.

CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATIONS

HCER DOES NOT MAIL CONFIRMATIONS for class enrollments.  If the class you have signed up for is changed or cancelled, you will be called and/or emailed.  If you do not hear from us, attend the class as scheduled in the brochure.

LATE REGISTRATIONS

Enrollment after the class is underway will be possible with the permission of the instructor and if space permits.  A late fee may be charged depending upon the activity.
