Hudson City Schools provides education for approximately 4,700 children, PreK-12, that maximizes the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of each child in a safe, nurturing, and diverse environment. We rank in the top 2% of Ohio districts, with an 11-year track record of Excellent and Excellent with Distinction ratings. Hudson High School is a 2008 National Blue Ribbon Award Winner. 97% of our students attend four-year colleges. In 2012, Hudson High School was named to the national AP Honor Roll.. We are highly competitive in athletics and have award-winning art and music programs.

Back by popular demand! The Coalition for Children's Mental Health presents "When Your Child Needs Help, Part 2" on Monday, April 28, 7 PM, in the Flood Room at the Hudson Library. Listen to a panel of parents with firsthand experience raising children with such issues as depression, anxiety, and anger issues discuss their thoughts and advice for parents whose children struggle with emotional issues. The presentation is followed by a Meet and Greet with the CCHM Board.

The Hudson High School Girls' Lacrosse Teams will be hosting a LACROSSe OUT CANCER fundraising event this Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Hudson Memorial Stadium. The pink out games will benefit The Stephanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. The JV game starts at 1:00 PM, Varsity starts at 2:30 PM. Don't forget to wear pink!

New! April 23rdCommunity-wide Service Day is Saturday, May 3, 10AM - 1PM

A Community-wide Service Day is planned for Saturday, May 3 from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Families, seniors, kids, organizations and businesses are encouraged to help to clean up our parks, collect gently used clothing and pet items, create cards for hospitalized children, volunteer at Haven of Rest, pass out flowers at Laurel Lake and the Elms. All volunteers signing up in advance will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last. Sign-up here! Hudson High ranks #6 in Ohio this year, up from 13th in 2013, in the US News and World Report's, 2014 Best High Schools in the Nation publication released today.
